Terms of Use — Lonehaven Enhanced

1. Ownership

Lonehaven Enhanced, including all associated files, models, textures, map data, and documentation, is the exclusive intellectual property of TyNox Games Production (TGP) / TyNox Interactive. This Mod is an unofficial, fan-made modification and is not developed, endorsed, or sponsored by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. All original GTA V assets remain the property of Rockstar Games / Take-Two Interactive. The Mod may only be used with a legally purchased copy of the game.

2. License grant

TyNox Games Production grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Mod strictly under the conditions in Section 3. This is a license to use the Mod — not a transfer of ownership. TGP may revoke this license at any time, for any user or group of users, without prior notice.

3. Permitted use

• Personal use in Story Mode / offline single-player only.
• Use on the official Lonehaven RP server or on other FiveM servers.
• Screenshots, video, and livestreaming of the Mod in-game.
• Access to Lonehaven Enhanced requires an active paid subscription. Any free trial period previously granted does not exempt you from this requirement once that period ends. Continued use after a free period has expired requires payment; using the Mod without an active paid subscription is not permitted.
• For security and access-verification purposes, you must remain connected to a valid CFX (Cfx.re) account at all times while using the Mod on FiveM. You must also join the official TyNox Games Production Discord server and remain a member of it at all times while using the Mod, whether on FiveM or in Single Player; leaving the Discord server results in loss of access. For Single Player use, you must additionally provide and maintain an active email address linked to a valid Patreon account.

4. Strictly prohibited

• Any use on GTA Online (prohibited by Rockstar Games — risk of account suspension or ban).
• Selling, renting, sub-licensing, or monetizing the Mod in any form, including but not limited to: direct sale, bundling in a paid pack, Patreon/subscription-gated access, "VIP" or donation-tier access tied specifically to this map, or any indirect monetization scheme.
• Re-uploading, mirroring, or redistributing the Mod — in whole or in part, modified or unmodified — on any website, forum, Discord server, marketplace, or platform other than the official TGP distribution channel, without prior written authorization from TyNox Games Production.
• Extracting, decompiling, reverse-engineering, or reusing any asset (models, textures, map/placement files, code) from the Mod in another project, mod, or commercial product.
• Using any part of the Mod's assets or documentation to train, fine-tune, or benchmark machine learning or AI models.
• Removing, obscuring, or altering any credit, copyright notice, or attribution embedded in the Mod's files or documentation.
• Sublicensing, assigning, or transferring any rights granted under these Terms to a third party.
• Presenting the Mod, or a modified version of it, as your own work.
• Sharing, redistributing, leaking, uploading, or otherwise transmitting the Mod's files to any third party, by any means. Any violation of this clause is considered a severe breach of these Terms and will result in immediate and permanent revocation of access, without refund, in addition to any other remedy available to TyNox Games Production.
• Using the Mod without having purchased it, or after your subscription has expired, been cancelled, or not been renewed. Any violation of this clause is considered a severe breach of these Terms and will result in immediate and permanent revocation of access, without refund, in addition to any other remedy available to TyNox Games Production.

5. FiveM server conditions

Servers individually authorized to run Lonehaven Enhanced must, in addition to Sections 3–4:

• Never sell or gate access to the map itself as a standalone product, whitelist tier, or "map pack." A general server whitelist/access fee not specifically tied to this map is not automatically permitted either — commercial FiveM operation requires a separate written commercial agreement with TGP.
• Not fork, rebrand, or continue using the Mod after the authorization is revoked or the server changes ownership/name, without re-confirming authorization with TGP.
• Immediately remove the Mod upon written request from TyNox Games Production, with no right to compensation or continued use.

6. Termination

This license terminates automatically and immediately, without notice, if you breach any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, you must immediately delete all copies of the Mod in your possession or control and cease all use and distribution. TGP reserves the right to pursue any remedy available under applicable copyright and intellectual property law, including takedown requests, for unauthorized use or distribution.

7. No warranty

The Mod is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or absence of errors.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TyNox Games Production / TyNox Interactive shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the installation or use of the Mod, including but not limited to:

• damage to your game installation or files,
• account suspension, ban, or other enforcement action taken by Rockstar Games / Take-Two Interactive as a result of non-compliant use (in particular, use on GTA Online),
• data loss,
• any loss arising from unauthorized redistribution or modification by third parties.

You install and use the Mod entirely at your own risk, and agree to indemnify TyNox Games Production against any claim arising from your breach of these Terms.

9. Changes to these terms

TyNox Games Production may amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Mod after an update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The version distributed with your copy of the Mod is the version in effect for you unless a newer version is published.
